Mozartova residence

This project involves an apartment house designed in the highest project standard of Central Group a.s. with a total of 41 apartment units, which is situated nearby the historical Bertramka Vila.

The house is being built in a narrow dead-end street, in a slope and immediately next to the surrounding buildings. The position of the building means the supply of material and resources to the site is limited. Further, the project is interesting mainly because of the complicated execution of the construction pit, where casing of the pit cannot be anchored to adjacent properties and must be strutted.

With respect to the house structure, it is a reinforced-concrete monolithic structure with brickwork, 6 above-ground storeys and 3 underground storeys with garages. The structure is founded on piles; the bottom structure is insulated using crystallizing additives in concrete. The windows are wooden in Euro standard; facade comprises a combination of contact thermal cladding and stone facing made from travertine. The project also includes execution of all indoor technologies, including not so common ventilation with air recuperation.

The order also includes partial repairs of one of the neighbouring buildings.
