Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ridera Stavební a.s.

The Board of Directors of Ridera Stavební a.s. at its sitting of 13 November 2017, adopted the following resolution unanimously:

• Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ridera Stavební a.s. Mr. Tomáš Palkoska was elected
• Mr. Ing. Ivo Přibyl was selected as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
• Board of Directors of Ridera Stavební a.s. will continue to work in the composition of Mr. Tomáš Palkoska – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ing. Ivo Přibyl – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Ing, Jiří Krzys – Member of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Ing. Jan Podskalník – Member of the Board of Directors
