Changes in the company’s board of directors and management

Dear Business Partners,

Based on the decision made by Mr. Václav Daňek Jr., a member of the Supervisory Board of Ridera Stavební, there have been changes in the composition of the Board of Directors.

The new members of the Board of Directors are Mr. Vlastimil Kaňovský and Mrs. Lenka Pešková.

With effect from 3 July 2020 on behalf of the company, Mr. Vlastimil Kaňovský serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Jiří Krzys acts as a Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Mrs. Lenka Pešková sits as a member of the Board of Directors.

We would also like to inform you that as of July 1, 2020, Mr. Kamil Bednář has held the position of Sales Director of the Ostrava Division, who will manage the division’s business activities in the region.
