Karolina Plazza 2 one step closer to its completion

The multifunctional apartment building in Karlín is realized in the form of an extension of structures to the previously realized ten-storey monolithic skeleton. The result is to be 67 flats and 14 commercial units. The external envelope of the building, which will be completed in the coming days, is executed as a contact insulation shell made of mineral wool with plaster, brick strip cladding or facade panels.

In addition, there are also plans to implement the courtyard of the building and the planned passage to Sokolovská Street. The whole project is to be completed early next year.
