Laying the foundation stone of Sky Barrandov

The construction of Sky Barrandov residence, which offers 108 luxury apartments in Prague’s Barrandov officially started on Thursday, 14. 5. 2015. Ceremonial laying of the foundation stone was attended by the representatives of the investor, which are the K+Devonská s.r.o., the author of the architectural design professor Eva Jiřičná, representatives of the Prague 5 district and the contractor, Ridera Stavební a.s.
In the first stage, whose completion is scheduled for July 1, 2016, Ridera Stavební will build a house with 58 flats, early next year, the second stage will follow, consisting in another building with 50 apartments.
The date of completion is scheduled for 2017, the total volume of works in both stages, both implemented by Ridera Stavební, amounts to 297 million crowns without VAT.
