The decision of the sole shareholder of Rider DIS s.r.o.

By the decision of the sole partner of company Ridera Stavebni a.s. in the exercise of the powers of the General Meeting of Ridera DIS s.r.o. of 3 April 2018, is dismissed the company’s current executive, Ing. Jaroslav Paclt. Mr. Paclt has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board. Moreover, the sole shareholder decided to change the company’s charter as follows: The company’s supervisory board has two members.
