Apartment house Pod Děvínem (Villa City View)

It is a construction of a luxury apartment building with eight high-standard residential units in a residential part of Prague 5.
We provided the construction of the project to the investor in a “Design and Build” mode, whereby after the contract and price were concluded, we provided complete project documentation for both the building permit and the actual construction, including the necessary engineering and client changes.
The building itself is constructed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, based on a slab foundation at 1st floor level. As it is a building on a slope, the construction also includes a retaining wall, consisting of a retaining wall with timber and a partly piled retaining wall. The lining is made of ceramic masonry, plastered with gypsum plaster or plaster. The façade consists of a combination of a glazed aluminium façade cladding, a contact insulation system and a ventilated system façade made of repeated glass and natural wood-based system boards. Heating is provided by a central gas boiler and local residential transfer stations. The project also includes cooling. Our company also provided all interior parts such as natural wood floors, doors, tiles, etc.
