| Characteristics of construction | The project included the construction of residential villas and family houses including complete engineering infrastructure. In the locality of the centre of Beroun, 10 five-storey apartment buildings with a total of 146 residential units and 42 two-storey terraced houses and semi-detached houses with a brick load-bearing structure, reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings and a flat roof were built in two successive stages. The project was implemented using the Design & Build method . |
