The building “J” is a set of 4 tower houses with 7 floors above ground, jointly connected by 2 basements. The building contains a total of 201 flats.
Structurally, it is a reinforced concrete monolithic structure with linings based on piles and footings. Partitions are brick or plasterboard.
The windows are plastic, the façade is made up of a combination of different types of contact cladding with different finishes. The construction also includes the implementation of all internal technologies, connections and external roads and landscaping.
