Cholupice Family Houses – Stage III

It is a further construction of family houses in the area of Cholupice, which builds on our previous, successfully completed stage. The subject matter of the realization is a key-ready supply of houses, ie. from earthworks up to the roof, including interior and exterior installations as well as construction of the fence of buildings, media and sewerage connections, construction of charging and water retention basins and, of course, landscaping on adjacent lands.

The supporting structure of these family houses is made of ceramic masonry, founded due to the complex underlying conditions, on reinforced concrete foundation slabs. The ceilings structures are made of Spiroll panels. Facades are made of contact insulation system, windows and doors are plastic. The source of heat and hot water will be the gas boiler.
