| Characteristics of construction | The contract consisted of two parts – the construction of pavilion for bears and langurs and landscaping and modelling in the paddock. The building of the pavilion consists of two parts, part open to the public with a view and aquariums and a part not accessible to the public with boxes for bears, monkeys and otters. Structural system of inner wall is made of a monolithic reinforced concrete and insulated with polystyrene, split into three expansion units, based on the foundation strips. Outdoor wall is a combination of reinforced concrete and line masonry of quarry rock. Roofs are flat at different heights with reinforced concrete parapet, with green roof design. The construction also included the implementation lookouts, potable hot water connections, storm sewer connections, heavy and weak current connections, roads and paved areas, fences and electric fences, outdoor runs, terrain adjustments and landscaping, etc. |
