| Characteristics of construction | The subject of the contract is the new construction of a family house with 4 floors, which includes 3 residential units and a dental clinic including facilities. The house has a very interesting architectural appearance. The house is set in a notch in the slope, the construction is reinforced concrete, the last floor has wooden glulam trusses. The windows are of aluminium profiles, the façade in a combination of metal cladding, smooth fine grain and silver brushed tile. The project is being carried out in the form of DESIGN&BUILD – i.e. the implementation project is the subject of the contract – the house is specified by the design documentation for the building permit and the required standards. |
