| Characteristics of construction | It is the gradual construction of detached family houses and semi-detached family houses. All of these houses were provided with fencing, connections to media and sewerage system, charging and retention basins for utility water and of course landscaping on adjacent lands. The supporting structure of these family houses is made of ceramic masonry, founded due to the complex underlying conditions, on reinforced concrete foundation slabs. The ceiling structures are made of monolithic filigree panels. The facades are a combination of thermal insulation composite system and façade cladding, windows and doors are wooden. The source of heat and hot water will be the gas boiler. |
