| Characteristics of construction | It is the construction of the first part of a group of detached family houses, semi-detached and terraced houses. All of these houses are provided with fencing, connections to media and sewerage system and of course landscaping on adjacent lands. The supporting structure of all these houses is bricked of precision sand-lime blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings. Houses are based on foundation slabs. Facades are made of contact thermal insulation system with different surfaces – gravel plaster, brick tapes, artificial stone or Cetris plates. Fillings of openings are also made of different materials. Delivery includes all the technical installations and assembly elements. |
