Characteristics of construction	The project deals with the implementation of service roads in the locality, including road ditches, sidewalks, bilateral tree planting, public lighting, storm and sewage sewerage, water supply, gas pipeline, HV + LV electricity and low-voltage power supply for the needs of connection to the residential complex of family houses and residential development. In the future, the service road will connect Jinočanská spojka in the west with Jáchymovská Street in the south-east. The connecting branches of the “Malá Řepora” service roads connect the newly proposed complex of family houses and provide transport services for other connecting residential developments. The contract also includes the implementation of landscaping and retention polders for rainwater drainage. The construction is being carried out in cooperation with our subsidiary Horstav Olomouc, spol. s r.o.
