Karolina Plazza 2

This is the implementation of the second stage of the completion of a gap in the existing development in Karlín. The construction was realized in the form of an extension of structures to the previously realized ten-storey monolithic skeleton. The project contains a total of 67 flats and 14 commercial units spread over 8 above-ground and 2 underground floors.
The work included the implementation of all internal plasterboard and masonry partitions and perimeter masonry. The external envelope of the building is realised as a mineral wool contact insulation cladding with render, brick banding or facade boards. Opening fillings are aluminium and wood.
In addition, all internal wiring and technical installations were implemented. In addition, the courtyard of the building and the planned passage to Sokolovská Street were also completed.
