| Characteristics of construction | It was a new nursing home building. The home was designed as two buildings connected by a staircase with lift facility in the central part of the building, creating an open atrium space on the sides. All of the apartments are equipped with covered and fully glazed terraces. The new building facility consists of three parts. It is a single-storey entrance area with facilities for staff and two three-storey buildings that are residential. The entire building is designed for wheelchair access. |
