New company building B4B

It is a new office building with ground floor space for commercial use. The building has four floors and no basement.

Plan shape of the object is based on a rectangle, whose front façade is convex in a gentle radius. The roof was designed as a flat structure with attic. The facade of the first floor is made of ceramic tiles, the second and third floor is then covered with white-coloured silicone plaster and partly with wood panelling. Wooden panelling in the third floor is further complemented with horizontal blinds. Windows and glass facades are made of aluminum and glazed with double glazing. The building interior is divided mainly by glass separation walls with frameless structure.

External paved surfaces are made of interlocked paving in concrete curbs.

The project includes in addition to paved surfaces also media connections and landscaping around the building.
