New construction of office building and garages – Veleslavín

It is the construction of two buildings – an office building and a parking house – connected by a garage ramp.
The buildings have 4 floors, without basement, the supporting structure is made of reinforced concrete skeleton, largely visual, the client’s requirement is white colored concrete. The cladding of the car park is made of metal slats, the office building is clad with suspended prefabricated panels with insulation and a glass ventilated facade.
The contract also includes the supply of internal technologies – car wash, car service, tire service, archives, as well as the demolition of existing buildings in the area of the future construction and the implementation of road repairs in the area.
