Nursing home Poruba

On the parcels of cadastral area of Poruba north, nursing home campus was built. Five residential houses were built, with administrative building and utilities along with driveways and pedestrian roads, as well as landscaping.

for senior citizens and are designed for wheelchair access, the premises also include additional services such as shops, laundry with background facilities, rehabilitation and bathrooms for bedridden patients. Furthermore, the project included construction of dining room, doctor’s surgery and others.

The structures are founded on bored piles; the supporting structure is monolithic, of reinforced concrete with brickwork. The contract also included supplies a coordination of assembly of all technological equipment for the above services.
