| Characteristics of construction | The subject of the work is the total reconstruction and attic extension of the existing UPOL building, which by its layout, equipment and frequent failures in the building no longer meets the contemporary standards of university premises. The reconstructed building will be used for the teaching needs of the Faculty of Arts and the Cyril and Methodius Theological Faculty. The building is located in the historical centre of Olomouc and is a four-storey, basemented historical building from the beginning of the 20th century with a mansard roof. Part of the solution is also the modification of the immediate surroundings of the building, which is mainly the modification of paved areas and landscaping. |
