Reconstruction of the Freud Hotel – completion

Characteristics of construction

This was the completion of a comprehensive renovation of the Freud Hotel after the previous contractor, who left the work uncompleted.

The subject of the implementation was the reconstruction of the restaurant and a pub incl. technical facilities, kitchen and sanitary facilities, extension office and reception area, built-in elevator, renovation of hall and gymnasium, roof reconstruction and rebuilding of rooms with social amenities.

Furthermore, the project includes the repair of paved areas, construction of facilities for storage of sports equipment and necessary landscaping and within the hotel premises including the repair and expansion of connections (sewer, water, gas and electricity).
