Residence Keltičkova

The pilot project of the Ridera Group development consists of three separate cubes separated by an expansion joint. Each of the buildings is 6 storeys high, of which 1 is underground and 5 above ground. On the lower floors there are apartments with smaller areas of 1 + kk to 3 + kk and on the 4th and 5th floors there are apartments of 3 + kk or 4 + kk of larger dimensions and superior apartments. Each floor includes common storage areas of the flats, e.g. bike rooms. All floors are connected by a common staircase and also by an elevator. On the 1st floor there is a garage for 18 cars, technical facilities and warehouses.

The buildings are based on large-diameter piles of self-compacting concrete, the vertical load-bearing structures on the 1st underground floor consist of reinforced concrete walls in combination with reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structures consist of reinforced concrete slabs with a thickness of 180mm and in the places of the outdoor terraces they are designed with a lined ceiling slab reinforced to 220mm. The facade of the building is designed as a standard brick structure with an insulated facade and plaster. Only the top floor, which is partially set back locally, is designed in a non-combustible material of façade cladding panels. The attractiveness and originality of the façade is completed by the compositional play of the window panels and balconies. The surroundings of the apartment building will be wheelchair accessible, including access to individual entrances and the basement area.
