| Characteristics of construction | This is a construction of a classical standard apartment building with 27 high standard apartment units in a gap of the existing historical development of Prague Nusle. We provide the construction of the project to the investor in the “Design and Build” mode, where we create a complete implementation project documentation for the investor after concluding the contract and the price, and on the basis of this documentation we will implement the entire construction. The building itself will be constructed as a combination of monolithic and masonry structures with reinforced concrete ceilings. A specific feature of this contract is the deep construction pit and the resulting need to support the foundations of neighbouring buildings and to carry out complicated securing of the construction pit. The lining will be made of ceramic masonry, plastered with gypsum plaster or trowel. Facade of contact insulation. Heating is provided by a central gas boiler and local residential transfer stations. |
