| Characteristics of construction | It is a luxury residential villa-house with 10 apartments in a superior design and passive thermal technical standard. The building is based on a slope, which implies the necessity of complicated securing of the building pit, which can be anchored only partially. The load-bearing structure of the house is reinforced concrete, the lining is made of limestone blocks. The facade of the building is a combination of contact insulation and ventilated facade made of ceramic and glass panels. A car lift will be installed for the entrance to the garage. The contract includes the complete turnkey delivery of the building, including the technical equipment of the building, cooling and recuperation systems. Another part of the construction is a tunnel sewage connection at a depth of over 7 metres. |
