| Characteristics of construction | This is the construction of 4 residential villa-houses in the locality. The houses have 4 above-ground floors with an average of ten apartments in classic and duplex design. The supporting structure is brick, with reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings and flat roof. The windows are wooden in the Euro design, the facades are a combination of different types of contact insulation, the shading of the houses is solved by movable shutters. The contract also includes, of course, all water, sewage, heating and electrical wiring. |
