| Characteristics of construction | The project consists of two parts – the implementation of complex infrastructure of the site for future construction of residential houses and the construction of two residential buildings with a total of 27 residential units. Within the infrastructure, earthworks and landscaping of the site will be carried out incl. site remediation and disposal of soil contaminated with arsenic and petroleum products. It includes performing of extensive noise-protection barriers and banks, and a considerable number of gabion retaining walls. Roads will also be performed in that locality and all utilities incl. demanding connection to the existing lines. Residential houses realized at this stage have 3 or 4 floors and 1 common basement. The structure is monolithic reinforced concrete with brickworks. The contract also includes the construction of complete turnkey houses incl. distribution of technologies, facades in a higher thermal-technical standard and landscaping. |
