Characteristics of construction | The project consists of several parts – the implementation of complex infrastructure of the site for the future construction of residential and family houses, the construction of a total of 5 residential villas and the construction of two stages of terraced houses in high standard. The infrastructure includes earthworks and landscaping of the site. This includes the construction of extensive acoustic bunds and barriers and a significant number of gabion retaining walls. In addition, all utilities on the site including a challenging connection to existing lines and also roads in the area are carried out. The residential buildings constructed in this phase have 3 or 4 above ground and 1 common underground floor. The construction is reinforced concrete monolithic with lining. The family houses are two-storey with a garage with a brick structure and reinforced concrete ceilings. The contract includes the complete turnkey construction of the houses, including the distribution of technologies, facade in a higher thermal-technical standard and exterior modifications. The houses are supplied with a heating pump. |
