| Characteristics of construction | It is a building of a luxury apartment house with eight residential units with a high standard in a residential part of Prague 5. We provided the investor with the construction project in the “Design and Build” manner, where we created a complete project documentation incl. necessary engineering and client changes for the investor both for building permit and the implementation after concluding the contract and pricing. The building itself is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, based on the foundation slab at the level of 1st BF. Since it is a building on a slope, the construction also includes strutted sheeting made of braced wall formed with timbering and partially pile bracing wall. Linings are made of ceramic masonry, plastered with gypsum plaster or coating. The facade consists of a combination of aluminum glazed façade coat, thermal insulation composite system and ventilated façade system of opaque glass and system boards based on natural wood. Heating is provided from a central gas boiler house and local housing transfer stations. The project also includes cooling. Our company also implemented all interior parts, such as natural wooden floors, doors, walls, floors, etc. |
