Residential houses Nová Michle – objects ABCDE

The subject of the project was the construction of a residential building consisting of 5 towers with 6 storeys and a common two-storey basement connecting these towers. The whole building contains a total of 135 residential units and 2 underground floors with 140 parking spaces. Between the towers there are terraces and grassed front gardens.
The vertical load-bearing structures are made of a combination of masonry and reinforced concrete, while the basements are made of waterproof concrete with a crystallising admixture. The building is based on large-diameter piles and insulated with a contact mineral wool composition.
