| Characteristics of construction | This is a reconstruction and extension of an existing home for the elderly. The subject of the works is the demolition of the existing single-storey basement wing to the north of the building and the construction of a new two-storey extension in its place. The works also include the construction of a new entrance to the building, the complete construction of the extension and the overall revitalisation of the existing building, i.e. apart from the construction works, also new installations of electrical, SLP, ZTI, heating – a ground-water heat pump with deep wells will be installed – as well as HVAC and EPS systems. In addition, the paved areas on the site will be modified as part of the construction. These will be adapted to the new main entrance and partially extended. A direct, wheelchair-accessible entrance to the garden will be provided on the 1st floor. |
