SZM Palace Razumovských – partial reconstruction

Historicist three-winged building is located near the central town of Opava at the border with conservation area. The contract included stripping of the substructure, new drainage around the perimeter of the object, new plasters including sanitation plasters, refurbishment of existing period windows and doors.

The project further consisted in the repair exterior stucco façade with richly decorated elements and roofing repairs.

A copy of a pair of amoretti with a cartouche with the initials of the original builder, located in the entrance facade was made. Preserved and reconstructed original of the monument was handed over to the original owner.

All works were carried out under the supervision of the department of conservation of the Municipality of the City of Opava.
