| Characteristics of construction | The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of a part of the pavilion “H” and the reconstruction of the facilities and administration “H1” of the Department of Clinical Microbiology, which are part of the premises of the Thomayer Hospital in Prague 4. The works within building “H” include internal structural modifications and complete reconstruction of the envelope of the existing building, i.e. in particular new surfaces, media distribution, replica windows and repair and insulation of the existing listed facade of the building. In the case of the ‘H1’ building, the works include its complete dismantling, including the ecological disposal of asbestos materials, and the construction of a new pavilion made of prefabricated containers. |
