| Characteristics of construction | This is the construction of apartment building N in the fifth stage of construction. It contains 48 residential units and commercial space on the ground floor for a Billa store. The building has 5 floors and is without basement. Parking spaces for residents are located on the ground. The structure is a combined load-bearing system, consisting mainly of columns and a few stiffening walls on the first floor and transverse and longitudinal load-bearing walls on the other floors. The vertical load-bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete on the 1st, 2nd and partly also on the 3rd floor, above which they change to a brick structure. The building is founded at ground level above the water table. The foundation is chosen on a foundation slab, supported by drilled piles embedded in the bedrock. |
