We are looking for a construction manager / project manager for projects in Prague and the surrounding area in the field of public works of civic amenities and private residential construction.
We also give a chance to graduates with a construction background. Integration into the position is a matter of fact.
What will your job be about?
- Independent management of the construction site, or the assigned section on the site,
- coordinating subcontractors in accordance with the project and budget and controlling the work carried out,
- ordering materials for construction and related activities on the assigned site,
- responsibility for controlling the delivery of materials,
- supervision of compliance with technological procedures, work discipline, occupational health and safety and safety standards,
- keeping the construction diary,
- participation in construction inspection days with the investor (resolution of any requirements arising),
- supervision of the schedule and quality of execution.
What we require:
- High school education in construction with a focus on civil engineering,
- Experience in the field is an advantage,
- knowledge of PC work (MS Office, preferably KROS, InfoPower, IPOS),
- Orientation in project documentation,
- very good organizational skills, emphasis on meeting deadlines,
- reliability, independence, responsibility, diligence,
- teamwork, proactive approach,
- driving licence sk. B.
