We are looking for a colleague for projects in Ostrava and the surrounding area in the field of housing construction. The department is made up of a rather young team, friendly and willing to help you to work. So we welcome also ABSOLVENTS. Once you have worked your way up, we will offer you a company car to go with the position and also the opportunity to work from home.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Preparation of technical, economic and contractual documents based on budget and project documentation
- enquiring about subcontractors
- preparation of tenders and subsequent evaluation of subcontractor bids
- preparation of basic parameters of contracts with subcontractors
- organisation of subcontractor selections (together with the construction project manager)
- partial assessment of projects (proposals for alternative technical solutions)
- communication with subcontractors, investor, designer

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM A NEW COLLEAGUE?
- education with a focus on civil engineering (min. high school), experience welcome
- computer literacy (MS Excel, AutoCAD)
- orientation in project documentation
- diligence, organizational skills, emphasis on meeting deadlines
- suitable also for graduates without experience
