Completion of the first stage of the Berounská brána project

The completion of the first stage of Berounská brána has been approved. The project consisted of a total of 42 family terraced houses and semi-detached houses. These have a brick load-bearing structure, reinforced concrete monolithic ceilings and flat roofs. The contract also includes the implementation of utility infrastructure and roads, the completion of which will take place in the second phase, as well as the completion of the construction of 10 residential villas.

The entire project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
