Residence U Grébovky nominated for the Real Estate Project of the Year competition

One of the important projects, Rezidence U Grébovky, which our company implements for the developer Moravská stavební – INVEST, a.s., participates in the “Real Estate Project of the Year” competition. We believe that due to the nature of the project, it has a great chance of excellent placement.

It is a construction of an apartment building in a high standard with 27 housing units in the gap between the existing historical buildings of Prague Nusle. We provide the construction of the project to the investor in the “Design and Build” mode, where after the conclusion of the contract and the price we create a complete implementation project documentation for the investor, and based on this documentation we carry out the entire construction. The construction itself will be made as a combination of monolithic and masonry structures with reinforced concrete ceilings. The specificity of this contract is a deep construction pit and the resulting necessity to support the foundations of neighboring buildings and the implementation of complicated securing of the construction pit.
