We’re done – Oliva Residence

During March, we successfully managed to complete and hand over the Prague project Rezidence Oliva to the investor. The new building with 72 residential units was built in the immediate vicinity of Brumlovka Park in the residential part of Prague 4 – Michle.

The contract consisted of the construction of an apartment building with eight above-ground and three underground floors, and a smaller, unbasement civic amenity building Olivka with 2 above-ground floors, which will house a café, kindergarten or exhibition space. The project also included the design and construction of new paved areas and public roads, the design of new greenery and small outdoor buildings.
