By the decision of the sole shareholder in the exercise of the powers of the General Meeting of Ridera Stavební a.s., Ridera a.s. of 13 November 2017:

• are recalled the current members of the company’s board of directors, Ing. Stanislav Smugal and Ing. Petr Krejsa
• is elected as a member of the Board of Directors Ing. Jiří Krzys
• are dismissed the current members of the Supervisory Board Ing. Petra Dubová, Mrs. Romana Kitová, and Ing. Jaroslav Paclt
• is elected as a member of the Supervisory Board Ing. Václav Danek
