| Characteristics of construction | This is a comprehensive reconstruction of an existing apartment building and the addition of 2 floors and an attic. The reconstruction will create a total of 25 residential units and 2 commercial units. A significant part of the contract consists of the execution of the building extension – 2 floors and attic. This includes, of course, a completely new truss structure and roofing. The construction also includes demolition works, including structural support and clearance of the building, new internal layout, new fillings of openings, reconstruction of the facade, supply of the elevator and parking stackers. |
