| Characteristics of construction | Characteristics of construction It is a design apartment building in a high standard of execution of works. The construction design comes from a famous architect, Professor Eva Jiřičná, CBE. In terms of structure it is a reinforced concrete structure with brickworks with 9 floors above ground and one underground floor. The peculiarity of this project consists in the system of internal ventilation with heat recovery from Haida with the possibility of promotion to the “intelligent” system of control of the entire apartment, special plaster facade from STO, special plasters on balconies and glass stainless banister along the entire length of the house. The subject matter of the contract is the construction of the entire building in a turnkey manner incl. coordination of the subcontractors delegated by the investor. |
