| Characteristics of construction | This is the construction of a total of 11 terraced houses in the locality. The construction of each house includes fencing of the building, connection of the buildings to media and the sewerage system, construction of infiltration and retention basins for domestic water and, of course, landscaping and gardening work on adjacent plots of land. The supporting structure of all these single-family houses is designed, due to the complicated foundation conditions, with ceramic lining resting on base plates from reinforced concrete. Ceiling structures are made of monolithic filigree panels. Facades consist of a combination of a thermal insulation contact system and facade cladding, while windows and entrance doors are plastic. A gas boiler serves as a source of heat and for warming domestic hot water. |
