| Characteristics of construction | It was a gradual construction of a set of detached houses and semi-detached houses. The construction of all these houses included the fencing of the building, the connection of the buildings to the utilities and sewerage system, the construction of seepage and retention tanks for utility water and, of course, landscaping and gardening on the adjacent land. The load-bearing structure of all these houses is made of ceramic masonry, based on reinforced concrete foundation slabs due to the complicated foundation conditions. The ceiling structures are made of monolithic filigree panels. The facades are made up of a combination of contact insulation system and facade cladding, windows and entrance doors are wooden. The source of heat and hot water will be a gas boiler. |
