| Characteristics of construction | The whole building consists of three cubes that interlock. Each cube has a different number of floors. They are followed by a low mass transformer station and a covered parking for 2 electric cars and 2 parking spaces for disabled people. Structurally, the building is designed as a combination of a wall system with a reinforced concrete skeleton. The vertical structures are based on reinforced concrete footings, the internal columns on piles. The windows are designed as aluminium, glazing will be triple glazed. The heat source is a heat pump. The façade of the building is designed partly with a plastic relief plaster finish. The roof will be used for the placement of photovoltaic panels. Furthermore, roads, paved and parking areas, relocations, connections, sewerage and landscaping, greenery and small furnishings will be made.
