Characteristics of construction

The subject of the project are construction modifications, completion and extension of building C in the area of Paskov Chateau, reconstruction and existing and establishment of new connections of engineering networks of technical infrastructure and landscaping and orchard landscaping of the immediate surroundings of the building, including the construction of a parking lot for parking the necessary number of cars.
The castle grounds are a listed building. All modifications are subject to the approval of the conservation authorities.
The building will be used as an apartment building for senior housing with 25 small social flats. Specifically, it will consist of 7 2+KK and 18 1+KK units.
The construction will include a new building on the site of the original connecting neck, which will serve as a social part of the building. City representatives also expect that the building will be used by the city’s senior citizens club.
The improvements will also include park improvements with parking for residents and visitors.
