Characteristics of construction	The proposal envisages the construction of a house with a predominantly residential function. On the ground floor there will be commercial areas, on the 2nd and 3rd floor there will be administrative areas. A total of 13 residential units are proposed, ranging in size from 1 bedroom to 4 bedroom. Parking is in the underground floor of the house. The house complements the existing urban structure with its mass. The building is designed as reinforced concrete, with a combined wall and column system. The perimeter cladding is designed as a sandwich, the outer part is made up of a contact facade insulation system. The windows will be aluminium. The building has stepped sloping terraces, topped with a flat roof of 6NP. The partitions are made of ceramic masonry. In the 6th floor of the SDK system
