Characteristics of construction

It is four apartment buildings in the standard of Central Group a.s. with a total of 150 residential units, situated in the newly built-up locality of Nová Řepora.
The construction is a reinforced concrete monolithic structure with linings with 5 above-ground floors and 1 underground floor with garages. The building is based on piles, the lower structure is insulated using crystallizing additives for concrete. The windows are plastic, the facade is made of contact insulation. The construction also includes the implementation of all internal technologies.
